For this university coursework, I worked in a team researching the current user interface of Netflix and attempted to create a new prototype in Figma with new features that would encourage more non-English content.
The project started with user research including several methods from IDEO: Be Your Customer or Competitive Survey. My team gathered information from different reviews online and complaints about Netflix's interface regarding non-English content. We also compared and contrasted several streaming services to understand what Netflix is lacking that is stopping customers from watching more non-English content.
